How to Unlock the Building Entrance

Press “Call” FIRST, then enter entrance PIN.
*The entrance PIN will be sent through message. The door is auto-lock.

IMPORTANT Entrance PIN will be provided in the message sent at 5:00 PM on the day before check-in.

1F: Please complete the check-in process using the check-in tablet. *Your check-in code will be sent via message.
*After completing the process, your room number and room passcode will be displayed on screen. Please make sure to save the info by writing it down or taking a photo.

How to Open Your Room Door

Please enter the room PIN into the keypad on your room door.

Touch the screen to display the numbers. Enter the passcode and press “🔒” at the end. *Please note: The door locks automatically.

IMPORTANT *Your room PIN will be displayed on the check-in tablet at the property.
